I began care in July and it is now February. When I began I was plagued within anxiety and depression, insomnia and raging psoriasis over large parts of my body. There has been steady progress for all of these problems. I now frequently feel happy, peaceful; pangs of anxiety are rare and last only a moment. Depression is gone along with antidepressants. Vast improvement in sleep; even the psoriasis has calmed and cleared considerably! So much change in such a short amount of time. I am so grateful and hopeful.

My neighbor, Ellen, suggested I come try NSA. I had tried all kinds of healing modalities, most with little success. I was amazed that NSA made a significant difference right away. I was able to sleep through the night, my head aches and back pain have decreased considerably, and I actually felt enough energy to start going for walks again; all within the first couple of weeks. Now a couple of months since I started NSA care, I feel better than I've felt in years; more energy, stronger, clearer-minded, less pain, and I feel like I'm able to move forward in my life again. I feel this has helped me in breaking old patterns of thinking and behaving. I never realized before this that there was such a physical component to my thought patterns and habits, and I didn't feel such a strong connection between my physical component to my physical symptoms and my beliefs and thoughts before either. Its definitely helping me improve my quality of life significantly. It has been absolutely amazing.

Before beginning care I was in pain on a daily basis even though I was taking morphine. I had been diagnosed with spondlothesis, spondolitis and osteoporosis in my spine and was told it would never get better. My life was one of being “disabled”. I was on total disability at age 41. All I had to look forward to was decline, becoming unable became what my life was, unable to climb stairs, unable to walk to the mail box, unable to stand long enough to cook a meal at one time. After my first entrainment I stopped for gas on the way home and realized I was not limping! As my entrainments continued, I was aware that I was walking at a “normal” person's pace and was standing straight.

My height had been 5’11 ¾ in my late 40s then at 60 it was (before NSA) 5’9 due to “arthritic changes” and the “osteoporosis”. Today I am closer to 5’10 ½! I have more freedom in my life, more energy and NO MORPHINE. Friends tell me daily how “great and beautiful” I look. I cannot say enough about the value of what NSA has done. Today, just 1 ½ months after starting NSA, I feel like I am able to accomplish anything I want to, that arthritis no longer controls me, or my life. I wish everyone knew about NSA because no one should have to suffer when such a powerful resource is available. I cannot wait  to see what I will be capable of as my care continues!

Positive changes: Too many to list!! Asthma is greatly improved. Down from five medications to one and I can climb two flights of stairs easily. Ability to exercise is greatly increased. Depression is better; I no longer need a large dose of antidepressants daily. My immune function is better. Infections I have lived with for twenty years have healed. Severe GERD (stomach disorder) has improved--medicine is more effective. Sleep has improved, food cravings are less, and allergies are decreased.

That is not the biggest change... My ability to handle stress is greatly improved. I am less tense, have more energy and respond differently to the highly stressful events in my life. This has brought more depth to my nursing practice on a day-to-day basis in several important ways; I am literally a "New Person" today, because after more than fifty years I can now respond to daily life in ways that are different than ever before.

Seeds of change: I feel that these differences, profound as they are, are really "seeds." In the near future I expect that these changes will unfold in a greatly altered and much more fulfilling way of living. As they say in twelve step groups, so much becomes possible when one has the "courage to change." This network care has become a substantial agent for change in my life.
